Several decades ago, a parasitic lifeform from the southwestern mountains of Eidyn descended and caused panic among the populations it targeted, this lifeform was known as the Kendros.
Biology[]
The Kendros reproduce using spores which they release almost anywhere, this is because most of the time the spores do not grow into a Kendros but simply whither. The best conditions for the Kendros to spread is in cold, humid dark areas, such as caves with a lake in it.
These small quadrapedal creatures latch themselves to the skin of their host and bury themselves partially. They extract sugar from the host and spread themselves all over the body, creating a thick exoskeleton by doing so. The Kendros also releases a toxic that gradually causes their host to lose all control over the body so they can take it over.
History[]
The Vardura Kingdom and some Ziphyo have had trouble with the Kendros during the Kendros Infection. The Kendros had descended from the mountains from the first time and infected many citizens all over Vardura.
