The Andavronian Military or SPQA (Senatus Populusque Andavronus) is the collection of legions and classises within the Andavronian Empire.
Imperial Army

The Imperial Army are the troops native to Andavronia and trained as true imperial Andavronians.
Army ComponentsEdit
- Andavronian Legion: Unit consisting of circa 5000 to 6000 troops.
- Andavronian Cohort: Unit consisting of circa 480 troops.
- Andavronian Manipel: Unit consisting of circa 160 troops.
- Andavronian Centurie: Unit consisting of circa 80 troops.
- Andavronian Contubernium: Unit consisting of circa 8 troops.
- Andavronian Auxilia: Troops recruited from conquered regions.
- Andavronian Equites: Imperial cavalry.
- Andavronian Triarii: Elite soldiers, last line of the 'triple line'.
- Andavronian Principes: Experienced soldiers, second line of the 'triple line'.
- Andavronian Hastati: Soldiers with javelins, first line of the 'triple line'
- Andavronian Velites: Light infantry, mainly used as scouts.
- Andavronian Katafrakt: Heavy armoured cavalry.
- Andavronian Vexillatio: Joint force of one or more legions.
- Andavronian Praetorian Garde: Imperial guard, they have numerous fortresses around Aradesh.

- Andavronian Tribunus: Commander of the equites or the katafrakts.
- Andavronian Legatus Augusti pro praetore: Governer of conquered regions
- Andavronian pro preatore: Governer of conquered provinces.
- Andavronian Legatus legionis: Commander of a legion.
- Andavronian Preafectus: Officiary of the Andavronian Empire, mostly busy with the administration of the SPQA.
- Andavronian Primus pilus: Centurio of the first cohort in a legion and also the oldest.
- Andavronian Centurio: Officer who gives orders to his men in battle.
- Andavronian Optio: Rank for a common soldier, they receive a specific task.
- Andavronian Decurio: Commander of 10 cavalrymen.
- Andavronian Aquilifer: Bannercarrier in a legion, they keep the morale high
- Andavronian Tessararius: Petty officer who hands over the secret codes to the soldiers.
- Andavronian Cornicen: Bugler, they alert the troops to prepare for combat.
- Andavronian Signifer: Standard-bearer, each cohort had one.
- Andavronian Imaginifer: Soldier who carried a standard with a portray of the emperor, this boosts the morale of the troops.
- Andavronian Legionnaire: The standard soldier.
Andavronian ArmyEdit
While the Andavronian and the Imperial army are basicly the same, the Andavronian army is created with the inspiration of the Ythulian Monarchy's military.
