Sun is a globe of ether that orbits Eidyn directly opposite the Moon. It travels across Eidyn's sky in the span of 12 hours then travels underneath the plane. Gravitational anomalies will space out the distance between the Sun and Eidyn, creating seasons. Although the length of the day night cycle is slightly lengthened negligibly, the change in the amount of light will create temperature fluctuations.
There are numerous other "suns" all across Erudite. However, they all have different names.
